This booklet was put together for WCUMC and our community with the belief that death and dying are part of living and that preparation represents Christian stewardship. It is intended to be a guide and should be personalized for your own situation. Fill in the information while you are well and sound of mind. Update the information as needed and keep it timely.
Let your family know the location of this booklet and keep it accessible. We hope that you find it helpful, and please know that we are available to work with you throughout this process. For more information about this booklet, please contact Rev. Mark Pitts.
