Chair Yoga - Tuesdays @ 10:15 am | B114 (Begins Tuesday, March 5)
Chair yoga exercise classes are offered FREE of charge on Tuesdays at 10:15am in the music suite. This low impact type of exercise is perfect for those who struggle with traditional exercises due to injuries, arthritis, join replacements, or any other issue that makes movement difficult. Our trained instructor modifies movements for participants based on need. There are no items to bring for this class except, perhaps, bottled water.

Yoga - Thursdays @ 5:30pm | A109 (Starts Thursday, January 17)
WCUMC offers yoga classes led by a certified yoga instructor and beautiful Christian contemporary music is played while she guides you through each pose. Our instructor is very good at providing modified poses for beginners, so this class is perfect for any level of yoga enthusiast. And, as always, this class is provided free of charge. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable appropriate clothing.
Pilates - Mondays @ 9:45am | A109 (Starts Monday, January 28)
WCUMC offers FREE pilates exercise classes open to anyone who wants to participate. Pilates can be a more strenuous exercise than yoga, but can be modified for beginners. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing.
Cardi-Yo - Fridays @ 12:15 pm | A109
One hour class includes cardio dance to upbeat music followed by low impact yoga stretching and concludes with praise and prayer! Led by Libra Pitts and Barbara Keeler.
